The Mac Doctor Rocks I have no idea why anyone would rate this store less than five stars. I have had NOTHING but good service from them!

BEWARE! Worst service ever! I left my computer there for repairs and 10 days later they had not even looked at it! They didn't even have the screwdrivers to open the new Macbook!!! The workers had bad attitudes and weren't very helpful or friendly. They just didn't care. DO NOT GO THERE!
terrible customer service - AVOID!!! My imac G5 has been there for over two weeks. Almost a week went by before I could track them down to see what needed to be fixed. They didn't call me back when they said they would...and they didn't fix the problem when they said it would be fixed. I understand that there are delays when ordering parts, etc, however, there is NO REASON not to communicate with customers. Steve is Fantastic After dealing with sub-optimal care from Apple "genius" folks, I found Steve. He was VERY fast to get the job done, and completely painless to work with. Having almost 100 Mac notebooks means I test Steve's service frequently. So far hes 10 for 10.
Fixed My problem Over the phone I was referred to Steve by another devout mac guy. I do most of my own mac work, But when I get stumped i have to reach out to a pro.
Consumers BEWARE!!!! My daughter, a student at UCF, left her computer w/MacDoctor (12/2007) for repair only to get a call that the store had been burglarized and her computer was gone! Scary, right?? Steve Lamb assured her it would take a little time (be patient) but it would be replaced through insurance. NOT TRUE!!! Many calls, many weeks that turned into months, (Imagine being without your computer for three months?!) his insurance company offered us approximately $500, not even close to enough to purchase a new Mac! Great Place In March 2007, I purchased a Macbook. I have had no problems with it until about September when I noticed cracks forming in the wrist rest area of the laptop. I was dreading taking my laptop to the Mac Store at the mall (which is not close by) so I decided to find an authorized service location close to me.
