The Mac Doctor Rocks I have no idea why anyone would rate this store less than five stars. I have had NOTHING but good service from them! I bought a used MacBook Pro from a "friend" He told me that the only problem was the wireless card. I was stupid and believed him. I went and had it looked at at a different store, and they told me that was an LCD issue or something and that it would cost a lot to fix, but said nothing else. Great Place In March 2007, I purchased a Macbook. I have had no problems with it until about September when I noticed cracks forming in the wrist rest area of the laptop. I was dreading taking my laptop to the Mac Store at the mall (which is not close by) so I decided to find an authorized service location close to me. terrible customer service - AVOID!!! My imac G5 has been there for over two weeks. Almost a week went by before I could track them down to see what needed to be fixed. They didn't call me back when they said they would...and they didn't fix the problem when they said it would be fixed. I understand that there are delays when ordering parts, etc, however, there is NO REASON not to communicate with customers. BEWARE! Worst service ever! I left my computer there for repairs and 10 days later they had not even looked at it! They didn't even have the screwdrivers to open the new Macbook!!! The workers had bad attitudes and weren't very helpful or friendly. They just didn't care. DO NOT GO THERE!

Macbook The guys at Mac Doctor are awesome and I give them five stars for outstanding work. Brought my 15 inch macbook pro in to be checked out after everyone else declared it DOA because of the logic board. The folks there said this was a known issue and ordered in a new logic board, replaced my superdrive (which was already bad) and had it back to me in one week. They even loaded the OS onto the hard drive to make sure everything works. My MBP works great and they saved me the cost of a new laptop. Great service, fast turn... read more
The MacDoctor is Great These guys rock. They fixed my MBP and got it all done in under a week. They kept me updated during the repairs and made my laptop look new again. I will be using these guys all the top. The guys at the Apple store just wanted to sell me another computer. These guys fixed what was broken and saved me a load of money. I just can't afford a new mac laptop every 3-4 years. These guys were awesome. GREAT JOB : )
