The Mac Doctor Rocks I have no idea why anyone would rate this store less than five stars. I have had NOTHING but good service from them! I bought a used MacBook Pro from a "friend" He told me that the only problem was the wireless card. I was stupid and believed him. I went and had it looked at at a different store, and they told me that was an LCD issue or something and that it would cost a lot to fix, but said nothing else. Fixed My problem Over the phone I was referred to Steve by another devout mac guy. I do most of my own mac work, But when I get stumped i have to reach out to a pro. Steve was able to help me over the phone to do one of those top secret resets on our server.. Now I know where the button is and all is fine. I've since been taking my hard case problems into the store to get them fixed quick and affordable.
Great Place In March 2007, I purchased a Macbook. I have had no problems with it until about September when I noticed cracks forming in the wrist rest area of the laptop. I was dreading taking my laptop to the Mac Store at the mall (which is not close by) so I decided to find an authorized service location close to me. Consumers BEWARE!!!! My daughter, a student at UCF, left her computer w/MacDoctor (12/2007) for repair only to get a call that the store had been burglarized and her computer was gone! Scary, right?? Steve Lamb assured her it would take a little time (be patient) but it would be replaced through insurance. NOT TRUE!!! Many calls, many weeks that turned into months, (Imagine being without your computer for three months?!) his insurance company offered us approximately $500, not even close to enough to purchase a new Mac! terrible customer service - AVOID!!! My imac G5 has been there for over two weeks. Almost a week went by before I could track them down to see what needed to be fixed. They didn't call me back when they said they would...and they didn't fix the problem when they said it would be fixed. I understand that there are delays when ordering parts, etc, however, there is NO REASON not to communicate with customers. Awesome Job at MacDoctor The guys at Mac Doctor are awesome and I give them five stars for outstanding work. Brought my 15 inch macbook pro in to be checked out after everyone else declared it DOA because of the logic board. The folks there said this was a known issue and ordered in a new logic board, replaced my superdrive (which was already bad) and had it back to me in one week. They even loaded the OS onto the hard drive to make sure everything works. My MBP works great and they saved me the cost of a new laptop. Great s... read more

BEWARE! Worst service ever! I left my computer there for repairs and 10 days later they had not even looked at it! They didn't even have the screwdrivers to open the new Macbook!!! The workers had bad attitudes and weren't very helpful or friendly. They just didn't care. DO NOT GO THERE!
