My recent annual appointment with Dr. MacCumber went extremely well. He is efficient and explains any changes to the eyes that he discovers after a very thorough examination. Friendly and helpful office staff greet the patients. Dr MacCumber’s professional staff are great!
Appointment began on time. Check up for vision and pictures, done professionally Preview with Dr. MacCumber's assistant..very professional, informative and exact Visit with Dr. MacCumber....very satisfactory....because I have been losing natural tears in my left eye, he recommended that I see Dr. Cohen to check my lid which seems to be pushing my tears out, thus making my eye dry and lessening my vision. The office is very organized. Dr. MacCumber and his staff are very professional and explained to me my issues and recommended the follow up steps to take.
I like that the office runs so smoothly. I am especially pleased with how they have handled everything during the pandemic. The staff is competent, caring and thorough. Dr. MacCumber is great at explaining and answering questions.
I found the doctor and staff friendly, efficient, and expert. Questions are well answered. No time is wasted, and the examination is complete, thorough, and medically rigorous. And, in this time during a pandemic, I felt totally safe in their office.
Excellent services from start to finish. Dr. MacCumber was very thorough, he reviewed the photo scans in detail, explained implications in understandable terms, was empathic, and I never felt rushed.
Everyone was very friendly, professional and took time to answer all of my questions. I left feeling that I am in good hands with Dr. MacCumber.
