EXCELLENT VISIT. PEOPLE WERE ALL PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED CLEARLY. DR. MACCUMBER WAS VERY THOROUGH IN HIS EXPLANATION AND VERY FRIENDLY
Dr. MacCumber is an excellent Ophthalmologist. I have had some issues with the office staff in the past, but they are now resolved. Be sure to allow at LEAST two hours for an appointment.

It went ok the personal inside is very professional .....only the 2 lady’s at the front need to realize that is most older people that need to check their retina and Spanish people are not good at the computer so need to help them not make fun of them.

Dr. MacCumber is very professional and I would recommend him. The wait time was unreasonable and dangerous during covid ( 2 hours and 20 minutes in the waiting room).

I've visited the Office twice, one for an initial visit and then a follow up. There is something to be said about the entire process, everyone is friendly, proficient and professional. I saw Dr. Flood for my initial visit and Dr. MacCumber for the follow up. Both doctors seemed thorough and provided detailed explanations. On both visits, I left feeling like it was a great experience and they really exemplify great customer service and patient care.
