Outstanding work.10/10 . Highly recommended. We built house 2 years ago with them. It was very satisfactory work and No problem till now . Our budget was tight but they offered us within budget and build with meticulous detail. Communication was very important when you build your dream house and they maintain it from signing of contract till handover the key. Thanks Mac building team.
I honestly enjoyed everything bit of their service they are very very communicative and listen to corrections I can’t wait for us to work together on our next projects 🤭🤍
There were buildings defect that I report back to their service team and no reply for long time. They even found some excuses to reject doing their responsibilities to fix the house. I lost a lot on rental and time and cost me lots of money to do this job. So disappointed and frustrated on how they doing things. So slow reply and irresponsible.
The builder is a scam. I bought land and house package with them in Harpley(told me PREMIUM area)Werribee. Charged me 270k (just to build) for a small 3 bedroom, 15 sq house which I later found was way expensive. They didnt even start for 3 years(bought in 2021, build started in 2024) when they finally started, they ruined everything. Their prices are on the high side with basic provisions only. My lawyer had been contacting them many times for several months but they didn’t respond at all! Finally the building contract was terminated but they failed to calculate the final costs and took away all my deposit! Be careful dealing with them! Re. your reply below, the sales agent Ray White Hong Kong had been contacted but they told me that they would not follow up our building contracts after sales.
