Awesome except the windshield coverage. After finding out that my auto insurance covered my windshield, I tried to cancel within 30 days and was told it was not possible to cancel because they treated the windshield. The windshield was not treated after I signed the loan paperwork. I went from the finance manager and drove off in the truck. I feel the windshield treatment was not factual and I don’t $800 on a product I do not need. Otherwise I love the truck and dealership.

There are only good dealership to deal with! My salesman Eddie was very helpful and getting my deal done. Christian is a very fair and honest supervisor. Ralph is a very good service man open and honest. Financing department was great to work with very super nice.

I think 1. 5 hours is a long time estimated wait time to be given when I had an appointment for ann oil change. If you would have spent less time checking and trying to upsell me on other things, I would have gotten out in a more timely manner.
it was my first time taking my car, and I loved the service, I was satisfied.

Well my 2022 Tundra xxxx the bed when the engine blew up at 15k miles on the ODO. Ralph in service got it all taken care of under Toyota warranty and took care of a recall I wasn’t aware on top of that. The ladies in the rental department made sure I had a brand new rental vehicle to drive while my truck was being fixed; warranty paid for that too. 10/10 on all counts. Truck is running great now. I’ll be back for my service with them from now on.
