The vehicle is stellar! Sales staff was innovative about finding that "just right" vehicle. The finance manager was flexible with packaging of the extended warranties. Waiting on status of dealer-installed options included in the price, to complete the total transaction.
Clean, friendly, helpful, some confusion regarding accessories, options pricing and discounting. Rather not have to haggle so much. Vidal and Duy were both kind and knowledgeable.
Too many text and email. Overall pretty quick for walk in. Thanks for the service in short term notice.

Extremely long wait with absolutely no regard for customer. If one has an appointment, it should be an efficient and quick process. Hard to reconcile the length of this appointment with a simple oil change and check.
