I took my Toyota Highlander to the Express Service Dept at Mac Haik Toyota in League City. I made an appointment a few weeks in advance. Mason Pettigrew was my service advisor for this visit. He was professional, kind, and kept me updated the entire time my car was being serviced regarding additional repairs needed, cost, and time. Mason was fantastic! The best service I’ve ever had at the Express Dept and I’ve been taking my car to Mac Haik for 13 years. Thank you, Mason!
My Highlander was in for recall work and a service. I am learning it is nothing like owning a gasoline only car and the oil doesn’t get changed near as often as my other cars did. I appreciated the fact that I had a shuttle thru Uber to take me home and pick me up. The vehicle was finished sooner than I expected and was thrilled that they called right away. The timing of the service was as communicated. However, the service rep didn't introduce themselves, so I didn't have a name to follow up with. Also, there were dirty shoes prints on the door threshold and floor mats. Luckily, I have all weather mats.
