Quick in, quick out - my 30K service was much less expensive than I expected. My only complaint is that when I made a reservation for service, their website said that shuttle service (dealership to home and back) was available for the service I selected (and in fact, it would only let me select certain appointment times due to having selected the "shuttle" option), but when I got to the dealership, they said that it was not - it is only available for "major" service.
