Terrible service. If you're going to take appointments, honor them. Mine was at 09:45. No attempt to take my vehicle into the service bay was ever made until after 10:45 (which I only knew because I forgot to leave the key fob and the vehicle is push-to-start, so they had to call me). After that, I never received a call that the work was finished, despite two calls seeking a status, neither of which actually went through to the service department, despite the promise - both times - by the person taking a message that "the ne... read more
I waited 1-1/2 hours for service that I needed. After 1-1/2 hours I see that my vehicle is not even pulled back yet, when I asked about it, they told me it would be an additional 2-3 hours. I left, went down the street to NTB, I got the alignment in 40 mins and it was $40.00 cheaper. I will never go back to Mac Haik for service. I do want to note that Sammy Yanes is great-great salesperson and great guy in general, the service department could use a lesson from him.

When I was online with your website, I was trying to schedule appointment for my oil change. I was having trouble navigating your website, and by accident tab the wrong button,which then pulled my personal information and pulled a hard credit report. The information was already in the system from last year? Can someone please remove inquiry on my credit report?
