I scheduled an appointment in advance and I was seen on time—-something I appreciated. The technician was polite, addressed my scheduled work and advised me of a problem and made recommendations for solutions. It went very well. While in the waiting room I observed other customers interacting with other technicians. One person was having some repair issues and I watched that technician interacting in a really positive way to help!
