I scheduled an appointment for 4:00 and my car was not touched until 5:10. My Multi point inspection paper said that they checked my tires and all of them were at ,35 psi. They were in fact not, they were all at 28-30 psi. They needed to be checked and aired up and that did not happen.
Greeted immediately wait time was minimal good feedback on needed items for my vehicle I would prefer that the technician not adjust my power seat in nine different directions as I do not have a preset button Other than that I was impressed with the express service group
Went in for my 5k service on a Saturday (first come, first serve), wasn't too bad of a wait and was originally given a minimum 2hr wait time, definitely waited less than that. Overall had a good time, I don't remember my service advisors name but if you're in the waiting area of the express service looking toward the desks, he was the one on the far right
I arrived shortly before my appointment time. I was met by service representative on time. Representative was courteous and helpful. He communicated clearly, He identified an item that needed to be corrected. The service was done correctly and promptly
Always quick and courteous. Always a pleasure to bring in my Toyota for service. Wish I had bought both my vehicles here.
