Excellent service from this location. Although they had told me that it would be about an hour wait, they made sure I was comfortable with it, and surprisingly, with the number of people they had scheduled, it ended up being less than that.

Price was great, service documentation was great, service was slow. I had a 3 pm appointment, showed up at the service center just before 3 pm. My car didn't roll into the service bay until 3:30. I was watching. Short of a power outage or declared emergency, I expect my car to be attended to within 10 minutes of my appointment and prompt arrival.
Service was fine. Have moved to Alvin so may change dealerships. Our address needs to be changed to 692 Rachel St., Alvin, TX 77511
