I was surprised at how quickly the service was completed. It wasn’t quite as expensive as I thought it would be. Mason explained what was done and showed me a dirty cabin filter that he said could go a little longer if I chose. I told him to change it.

I have purchased many cars over the last 59 years and Larry T (internet manager) is by far the best salesman I have ever encountered. He combines 35 years experience with clear communication and listening to what you are saying. I only wish I needed 2 cars so I could buy another one from him. He is the perfect representative for Mac Haik Toyota.
Everyone seems too busy to give good customer service , they don’t focus on customer. This review is not for my last visit, but a previous one. Had to make 3 trips because no one contacted me about having to do a tire change, which took them four and a half hours!!
