Great experience with this dealership. Only suggestion would be better signage explaining where to take your vehicle. This was our first visit there.
Not happy with the time I had to wsit for financing , to long of a wait , will buy next car online
Very professional. They care about the customer. The wait time was minimal. They didn’t try to make me pay for things I don’t need.

They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. Did some detective work to determine that a custom pickup bed liner vendor had caused the problem. Successfully convinced that vendor to pay for the repairs. Did a good job with the repairs - good communication.
Always pleasant staff. Wait time was normal for services provided. The service department is appreciated for their completing only what is deemed necessary! The issue that caused the 4 star review was due to the cumbersome website; awkward to navigate, the appointment that I set up was not transferred to the service department (my appt time was honored). Also, the coupons on the website are not better than the normal prices...a waste of time for me.
All of the people I dealt with at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. I didn't have to do alot of waiting around, they got me in and out with no problems.
Daniel was extremely helpful throughout the repair process. He listened to my explanation of the problem and assured me that the technician would check all the codes. He found that my problem was covered by a factory recall and said it would be repaired at no cost to me. He made a list of other issues for my consideration. Everything was done in two days. I am very pleased with Mac Haik.
