They need to quit lying about the financing of the car. A customer should be able to pay cash for a car and not be forced into financing the car. That added additional expense to the price of the vehicle.
I had a decent coupon sent to my home for an oil change. I took the coupon and they wouldn't honor it because it was VIN# specific, even though I have a Highlander. They would only honor it for my husbands Corolla with that VIN#. Poor service. You make stupid amounts of money off of service, the least you could do is honor a coupon.
Very good service, Got to the vehicle, very quickly. Everything was done as expected. Good follow up recommendations.

This is the second time I’ve been to the express service and felt very deceptive sales techniques.. I strongly recommend never using this dealership service department.

Today I recevied a call from the general manager. We discussed the situation and he will refund me the service charge and will use this as an educational oppertunity for his employees. He also gave me some insight to help prevent in the future. With the quick response from Mac Haik management and assuming the refund and training actually happen I am changing my rating of this dealership.
Mason was great and went above and beyond in his service to us. He had to call to verify our warranty and we are very appreciative.
