I was so disappointed with the college graduate incentive that we were not able to get. We have all the documents and even spent money on the transcript of records from UT Austin. The salesman, Matt Carl did a superb job helping us.

Toyota Financial Services - TFS has very strict criteria that must be met in full to qualify for the College Grad Rebate. Unfortunately your daughter (the college grad) did not meet all the criteria. We as a dealership have no control or ability to over rule TFS in this matter. We did everything we could as a dealer to try and get the rebate for you. The negative review is directed at the wrong company, it should be about TFS not Mac Haik Toyota.
They were very helpful and knowledgeable, what I would change is the waiting room, no water not even in the vending machine.
