Excellent service once you get in to see a service advisor. If you’re in line agh the door you’re told to go wait by your car and then the service advisors come around missing the spot you had at the door.

I actually spoke with Ralph Accardo only. Good guy to work with. He communicated repair/maintenance items needing attention, estimated time and cost. Fred gets highest grade. As for the other service personnel, the quality of the work seems to be very good and it was done pretty quickly. About 2/3 of the work was suspension and handling related. So time will tell is it holds up or not. But so far everything's OK. I think they should get high rankings.
