This was my 3rd time there every time has been great until this tome because when I received the paper at the end and the multi point inspection was not done correctly. The technician just checked everything green cause it a fairly new truck. They marked the windshield green when it’s has some large cracks in it and should have been marked yellow. I have to retract my previous review of Marc Renjard. I just spoke with him after he phoned me. There was miscommunication amongst his reception staff. I thought he was receiving my messages, turns out he was not given the messages. So i would like to say Marc, thank you for the phone call, the apology and the willingness to make things right with you and your service department. It is much appreciated. Thank you to you, Darren and Mike.

Mike Pendleton and Darren Day were awesome! After multiple attempts to reach the GM Marc Renjard via phone and email with no response to either, i visited the dealership to visit with Marc in person, with no intention on purchasing a new truck, just to inquire as to when my truck would be fixed and returned. He was out of course and i met Darren. Darren was very helpful, after i was told that it could be months before i could get my truck back, i pulled the trigger on purchasing a new tundra. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Appointment took longer than anticipated, feedback would be to fast track those with appointments and/or set expectations a bit better.

The sales person is excellent, however, the make ready department needs to be improved, there are scratches on hood and side view mirror, I had to buy a bottle of touch up paint
