I was told the wait would be at least an hour to an hour and a half. At 2 hours I went up to the desk to check since I could still see my car in the sane place I had parked it upon arrival. I was told they were getting to it. I might have believed this had I not witnessed at least 5 people come in after I arrived for service and leave even before I went to the desk.
