Not as happy as I should be, paid almost $12,000 over sticker price including dealer add ons and extra coverages. I feel like you had me over a barrel and got out of me all you could. I would not make this purchase again.

I’ve purchased a total of 3 new vehicles from the dealership over the years (2015-2022) and my last purchase experience has me never purchasing a vehicle from them a again. The salesman Adam Bates was extremely unwilling to work with us on anything in regards to our new car purchase and trade in value. Not to mention a salesman he knew nothing about the vehicles technology we were purchasing and asking question on. My experience with James, very professional he was very respectful. He understood what we want it. He understood the payment and the price he worked hard to satisfy us. He will not take no for an answer. He made sure everything was right correct and one thing I like about James at the end he made us very happy. He made sure the car was inspected. He made sure the car was washed had gas and any other problems that we had. He made sure they were fixed. Great person I think him very much.

After I wrote a bad review on here, I was contacted by the dealer to bring my vehicle in for an inspection. I thought they wanted to look at everything that was wrong. NOPE! They literally did a state inspection and didn’t address any of the issues that were outside of the state requirements. I will never recommend this dealership.
Nice and easy…easy in easy out…staff very helpful and courteous…great all around experience
