Everyone was helpful and the process was smooth. Our salesman was very accomodating as we were making our decision. When we were ready he worked very quickly to get the paperwork ready and explained everything along the way.

With the exception of Ralph Accardo who is great, service deserves a zero. My car had a fuel line replaced in Dec. On driving home after pickup, the heater did not work correctly. A few days later when the AC was needed we discovered the AC controls also do not work correctly although it blows cold air. AC and heater worked well before this service was performed. Always friendly and their to help with questions. I also bought my tires there in 2021 and saved money (they were less than discount tires and they do the alignment at a discount. One stop shop.

I went to the service area and was told I needed to go to the express area. The waiting room there was very small and crowded. There was not a place to work on my computer. I had an oil change and multi-point inspection. The team seem more interested in getting me out quickly than in suggesting services I could use, i.e., radiator flush, brake fluid change, etc.
