The dealership was highly recommended by my uncle who got 3 Toyotas from them. Considering the automotive chip shortage, I've been communicating with the dealership 4 months prior to immigrating to the US. Everything did not go well at first but Mr. Raul Ruiz was patient enough to help us along the process. 2 days upon arrival in the US, we visited the dealership, completed the paperworks and drove home a brand new Toyota without dropping a sweat. Kudos to the Mac Haik Toyota team!
