Normal oil change for a RAV4 now cost over $100! No special services, nothing added. I wont be coming back. I’ll take mine to Ford where I get my F150 done for $50-60.

Prior to coming down to the dealership, I warned him that I knew the tricks and not waste my time. Once I got there, I was lied to you multiple times and I agreed price suddenly has changed. Not to mention the extended warranty was questionable, which I forced them to put in writing.
Excellent efficient service, James Horton was my Service Dept advisor, he explained to me exactly what I needed for service nothing more or less. Quick and easy with no hassles
