Was waiting for 1:35 for a 25000 service tire rotation and they did not even reset the maintenance button. Now I keep receiving from my screen messages that “maintenance is required” and have to manually deactivate it every single time.
I’ve been doing my due diligence and researched each and every Toyota dealership within Houston and its surrounding areas. Many didn’t have the new Toyota Tundra models, let alone the one I was looking for. I then got in touch with Fred Haas Toyota World, they tried to sell me $62K option truck which I didn’t need. Then one more simple option arrived but it didn’t have BSM, parking sensor assist and other safety sensors that I must have. But they had the one with TSS package with black tires. From what I could see, the service tech was quite through. The oil change and ancillary services for $40 with the coupon was a bargain. There was about a 15 minute delay from the time the work had finished (and the service tech backed the car out of the bay) until they did did the final paperwork and checkout. The counter clerk said the computer system had been down. Overall, the oil change took about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
