Brought my 2022 Tundra in for repair and you kept it for a day and then said you had to order the part. You called and said the part was in so I made an appointment and brought the truck in the second time. After leaving the truck with you I received a call stating you had ordered the wrong part and the one needed is on back order (same response as first trip). Now I will have to bring the truck in a third time. My service rep Sandra has been very friendly each trip and kept me updated as expected.
Daniel was FIRST CLASS from beginning to end. Definitely made me feel comfortable with the whole process.
