I went to Hyundai of Victoria, Texas to buy a 2018 Kona, it was set up with a copy in hand and they had the nerve to call me to tell me they sold it to someone else and wouldn’t even try to get me another one with same deal, then they turned it all around to try to sell me another Kona a lot higher, that’s bull I’ll never do business with them and now I know why ford and Hyundai are hurting they do it to their self .����

Had an awesome experience. We just came to look and ended up purchasing.
WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. SALES PERSON NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE I HAD TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE THAT I DID NOT WANT. SALES PERSON TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME ANY AND ALL VEHICLES THAT I WAS INTRESTED IN. WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND WOULD RECOMMEND MAK HAIK TO OTHERS.
I NEEDED A GOOD CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER AND JIM HAD SOLD ME MY FORD SO I CAME BACK FOR ANOTHER ONE.
Joel was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Jacob was also very helpful at the end to help finalize everything. Neither one ever acted like my questions were ingnorant! They were awesome!

Be on your guard with this dealer (used cars) - they're definitely into combat tactics. The salesman clearly understood my offer price (and it was clearly indicated on the worksheet), however after saying that the manager had agreed to the price (the price before TT&L), something different (higher) came back on the finance paperwork. He didn't even mention the discrepancy or say there was some misunderstanding, just slid that price in and expected me to sign it.
