Extremely rude and not helpful at all. Had an appointment get a part installed. They didnt look me up in the system. All they said was "thats not here"
Parts Department will put you on hold and never come back. Been put on hold 3 different calls for over 10 minutes each time before I hang up.
This General manager doesn’t stand behind his sales reps. I was told a year ago I would get 3 referrals of $250 each and have never received anything. Three different people have got my address and nothing ever shows up. I brought this dealership 3 new Ranger purchases. #Gimmicks and Scams the Mac Haik way!
