I love having a new car every few years, have never kept a car long enough to change the tires because when I go into Mac Haik I always see something new I want. Not a happy camper! I scheduled an appointment online to get a recall fixed and I drive into the place from Midlothian Texas, just to find out that the appointment was not made. Apparently the person who was supposed to take care of me no longer worked there. Well, they asked if I was still going to drop off the car and let them perform the repair later that day. Well, NO!! We just bought a car from Mac Haik Desoto and I cant express enough how wonderful our experience was! Charles was our salesman and he was so knowledgeable, kind and very helpful.
