i was charged 299.00 for accessories when i bought my car and i have tried calling and emailing for an explanation since i didnt buy anything extra with my purchase...not even gap insurance,.....i have been ignored for too long ......h, garcia
The sales guy was somewhat clueless, he told me options about the jeep that were not true, also he did not seem to remember what I had negotiated when I asked him he seemed puzzled and tried to charge me for them when they were already negotiated into the deal. Also, when I got home I was looking at their website and the same jeep that I bought was listed $200 less... Really! They indicated that the price I got was the best they could do... I was browsing the internet for a dependable car. I am new to TX and needed a car for commute to Austin from Temple. I saw the car i wanted online, applied for it without going and looking at it or test driving it, risky right. I have to say i didn't think i would be approved with the terms i was asking but low and behold i was, super excited right. Don’t waste your time, just stay away. I had been looking around for a 2012 challenger for a while and had found one in the paper at Mac Haik. When I got there it was no longer there(I know dealers only have one listed in the paper at the sales price and when its gone its gone. No big deal I get). I came to Mac Haik to test drive a new dodge 2500, when I sat down with Shannon It was like talking to an old friend he is very knoledgable about the products and walked me through everything with ease. I was able to get out of a 5 yr old truck with over 100k miles and into a brand spankin new dodge with a cheaper payment. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle today. My sales rep was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job all around. He was NOT pushy and allowed me to view all my options. The test drive was great. The whole thing went well and I am glad I came to this dealership. The finance person, Aaron White, was extremely helpful and gave me alot of information regarding my purchase.
