DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! I found a vehicle I wanted online with a great price. I called and verified the price over the phone making sure to ask if there were any other fees. The listed price and no other fees was verified as correct so I drove 2.5 hours one way to test drive. I drove and liked the vehicle and decided to purchase. The salesman ran my credit and it was easily approved but when he showed me the figures the purchase price was for $6000 more than the price advertised online and verified by their employee... read more

recieved a letter about a recall on 2015 Chrysler 300s type vehicles. the letter advised you call for an appointment. the letter also stated that you make plans to leave your vehicle for the day. Mac Haik on I45 is convenient for Me so I regularly have my oil changed there. I was in the neighborhood so I dropped in to make an appointment. the Service rep said, hold on a sec. he came back and said, do you mind waiting a few minutes? 30 minutes later I'm driving home. convenient friendly fast. joe

Called these guys out on their false advertising after visiting their store yesterday. I had left a comment on their ad on Facebook and they deleted it. Also, they pulled my credit score and got sub-600 somehow but then later I go to AutoNation Dodge in Spring just hours later and get pulled at a 705. Scammers and lowlife, under-trained salesmen. Go see Hubert over at AutoNation for a real deal and an honest sale with no slimy tactics.
