Absolutely terrible service! I went in after speaking to someone about the $5,000 over KBB trade. I had explained my situation and was told yes we can do that. Once in the dealership I was told that offer was not available. After that I looked at another vehicle and was told everything was good to go. Once they ran credit and had everything ready I was then told that the vehicle had been sold! Then we tried yet another vehicle only to get the same run around! This place is awful... I would not recommend waisting your time!

My husband (who works at a dealership) & I went to the dealership to look at a few trucks. We looked at one truck before being approached. It didn’t have a price and the salesman said if we went inside he could figure out the price. It took three separate people to figure out the price. One salesman was extremely rude and immediately wanted to appraise our trade in when we hadn’t even looked at any trucks. I inquired about a Vehicle listed on their website, sales price was $35000. Once we started negotiating it turned out that it was conditional on in house financing. So I applied for in house financing as well as my own, only to be met with a escalated price from advertised MSRP. When I confronted the sales person about the discrepancy I was met with hostility. UPDATE: Included screenshots of the conversation with the salesman and the GM. 4 weeks after getting my truck, still didn't receive the check to reimburse me for the floor mats I ultimately purchased myself. Kamal made it a point to let me know that out of town and "from home" buyers don't matter. And Brandon Seward got upset when I called him on his lies for not issuing the check in the first place.
