Stay away from this place!!! Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram on I-45 is absolutely terrible!!!!! They are very dishonest and renege on their word when it actually comes down to the time to buy a vehicle!!! I was in there 2 days ago and was given a price for a truck. When I went back today to look at the same truck they went up over $1000 on the price and would not honor the initial price I was given. Worst experience of my life! Extremely unprofessional customer service! My husband went to purchase a truck, the inventory was low. The salesman Jay Eliseo found a truck at the Katy location that my husband liked, they looked at over 50 photos of this truck! Our credit was ran and was approved. Jay goes to pick the truck up and visibly sees that it is not in fact the truck that was posted online! He sends misleading photos, my husband asked direct questions he answered them falsely. I called about a car they said they had on the phone I show up 30 min later and supposedly they sold the car they just made me waist my time dnt recommend them

Paid a different price than what was advertised on the website. I didn't get any specials in ads on Facebook. John was a nice salesman but higher-ups got to me and I got screwed on my deal. Oh and good job on selling my trade-in for $11,000. You only gave me $6,000 but you made up for it in paperwork fudging. If I could I would take the truck back. Thanks also for the maintenance. You give it to everyone in your AD posted.

As soon as I walked in the Dealership i was helped by a very nice young man, Mr Carrington Phillips very helpful. Then by another man whom I didn’t get his name and he’s the one that got things rolling, that by the time I knew it , I was signing to by the Jeep and Mr Fred Seel was so helpful as well . Total scam and dishonest .Spoke to sales rep Troy and worked out a deal from web site veh. He advised price on site was available at the 0-0-0 deal and I qualified. Then went silent for multiple hours. When someone finally reached out. Which was the sales manager he denied the deal advising 0-0-0 was only for full MSRP. Such scam artists. Will be putting out the word as much as possible.
