I put a $600 deposit down and then never got the apartment due to delays on the date it would be ready. they promised a full refund "in 6 weeks" Its now been 16 weeks and no refund. The office at The Boulders excuse is "They are waiting on corporate" Corporate never calls back. I will be filing with small claims court at the end of the week.

Please do yourself a Huge favor and find some other company to do business with if you don't want things coming up missing when it's time for your apartment to be exterminated....yeah you heard me!!!

I they didn't help me with nothing and I never got any information from them they wouldn't answer the phone they didn't tell me nothing and it's hindering me from getting another apartment

By far the worst property management team. Meridian park has gone through a NUMBER of management changes and their new corporate man named Keith is a joke as well. I have YEARS worth of paper trails of leaks and water damage and flooding that they have neglected to the point my walls are cavining in and they refuse to do anything about it. There is mold on my roof, holes all along my floors under the sinks and litteral Holes in the walls to where we even have outside wildlife coming in.
