Poor experience! After my virtual examination I was told they only have a limited amt of home sleep device's and I would need to wait 3 to 4 weeks for one. Obviously I am not waiting a month, so I called another pulmonologist and after my in-person examination I received my device the following day!
First the office staff is nice. However am giving the worst review ever to the office staff!! I came as a new patient and the dr gave me an order for sinus ct. I am a very sick patient with a severe cough. I am so disappointed with this office staff and Envisions in Novi which i will also leave this review! I cannot spend my days verifying if a fax went through between the two of you why can't you pick up the phone and talk to each other? Scan and email orders? I am coughing non stop. This my review of dr Lawrence McDonald and his crew. I was diagnosed with narcolepsy about twenty years ago and was prescribed my meds. Now when I first came in they didn’t believe that I had narcolepsy. It was said but his demeanor and body said something else I felt. So this second time I was ask to have my blood drawn to make sure my meds was being taken now remember I been in these meds for twenty years now so need it iin my life.
