Poor experience! After my virtual examination I was told they only have a limited amt of home sleep device's and I would need to wait 3 to 4 weeks for one. Obviously I am not waiting a month, so I called another pulmonologist and after my in-person examination I received my device the following day!
First the office staff is nice. However am giving the worst review ever to the office staff!! I came as a new patient and the dr gave me an order for sinus ct. I am a very sick patient with a severe cough. I am so disappointed with this office staff and Envisions in Novi which i will also leave this review! I cannot spend my days verifying if a fax went through between the two of you why can't you pick up the phone and talk to each other? Scan and email orders? I am coughing non stop. Dr. Mac Donald helped me tremendously. He is caring and attentative to his patients. I highly recommend him. He helped me to wake up live life again. Thank you
