I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS TYPE EXPERIENCE AT MAC..I arrived at my scheduled appointment promptly at 5:00 PM, only to be informed that I needed to wait 15 minutes. While I was patient and waited, the delay extended to 32 minutes with no updates or apologies. When the makeup artist finally arrived, they seemed unbothered to the fact that I had been waiting.
