The best car buying experience I have ever had. I bought a 2014 Cadillac CTS with only 14k miles. It is in excellent condition. Everyone at Mac Churchill was very nice and professional. Good Deals and Quality products.
DON'T BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE! Great service UNTIL they make the sale! I LITERALLY just had a guy from there tell me "they do what they have to do to make the sale then after that the car maintenance is up to the owner" when I called to tell them the paint THEY DID started chipping after just a year THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I QUESTION HIM!!!! I hate this place. Very unprofessional !! I bought a car from them 2 years ago. I have been trying for over 30 days to get some money due me. The warranty personnel, Terrie was rude. I drove over one day with paperwork she said.i didn't fax. I was told to come back the next day to get the check and no one could find it. I wouldn't let my worst enemy buy a car here
Everyone was SO friendly and personable. Each person I came into contact with made a connection with myself and children, which made us feel at home. Natalie was amazing and helped us find our perfect fit. She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted. I highly recommend her if you want a no-hassle car-buying experience. The finance team was amazing too and help me lock in a competitive rate and a very reasonable payment. Thanks to the team at Mac Churchill for helping us get our new family vehicle!
