Very bad experience purchased a 2015 escalade only thing wrong was a windshield I was assured by both the sales man and manager they would fix it made me a appointment to come in I showed up just so they could tell me it cost to much they didn't wana pay wanted to use my insurance and they gave me the run around finally a manager said they would order it 2 weeks go buy I call and they gave me the run around finally today again they said they won't replace it so now I have to take them to court they will not honor their repla... read more

I was going to buy a car tonight. I was quoted a price at the desk. Then the paperwork showed it was $1500 more. I was directed to the size 6 font at the bottom of the web page where they disclosed the extra charge. When I balked the manager comes in to drop those charges and give me a better deal. Or strong arm me. I'm not sure what. Why don't you just be up front and honest at the start. I don't want to do business like you do business.
My salesman Joe Hirt was the nicest best salesman I have ever encountered. He listed to what we wanted, he found it, we test drove it, nothing was wrong and everything was going smooth. Then his sales manager steps in... He stands over me with a puffed up chest trying to intimidate me. He speaks over me and not to me, he is a bully and I am not impressed.
