This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had, when dealing with an auto dealership. The pretentious knobs, shitty services and lack of knowing are what can definitely withdraw a consumer from any further business with a company. How in the hell, can you do a full inspection, an oil change AND a car wash and not: CHANGE THE OIL, top the fluids(even after asking twice), replace the old oil change sticker, realize you scratched the outside of a customers vehicle and then remove things on the inside of the car. They use telemarketers that keep calling. I will never respond to an offer for a company that uses this tactic.
My aunt got a 2008 suburban from them September 4 2015. A girl name chanel help her and started lying from the start right out the door..asked for a car fax. They never gave a car fax. When they brought the SUV around it was nasty, filthy, disgusting. I ask why the SUV look like that and she said that they don't detail it until its sold. My credit wasn't too good! I had a 03 dodge truck to trade in. They worked with me and got me the black on black 2013 Cadillac ATS only 20000 on it!! The one I wanted!!!!!!!!! I appreciate everything they did. The car is flawless!!
