Worst experience EVER. Customer service is definitely not a priority here. Bought a car, said they could install DVD player that day. Waited until paperwork was done to tell us they were out of DVD's and we could come back later.....we had driven 2 1/2 hours. We come back two weeks later at our scheduled appt and the guy says "Oh your appt is tomorrow". Ummm no it's today, we wouldn't drive 2 1/2 hours on the wrong day, plus we scheduled it on Pres. My experience at mc churchill was a nightmare but la thonya did everything she could to make everything pleasant.
