Website needs serious updating and much more info if the intention is to get people in the store. No inventory or anything else on the website other than "this is who we are" stuff. Come on guys, in a tech town like Austin you need to step it up IMHO.

This guy Ken and this business should be avoided. First, every time we were to meet he was at least 20 minutes late. That's forgivable but the shadiness that slowly revealed itself from him is not. After informing us that he wanted more money than the agreed upon amount (which we didn't agree with) he became very insulting and hateful. Yelling in my husband's face (without a mask/August 2020) then later sending a text message saying "good luck with the Corona Virus". Just beware.

I have been a Mac Alliance customer for nearly as long as Ken has been in business... since way back. I wouldn't trust any of my Mac computers to anyone else. I've read some posts that complain that Ken is this or that in terms of professionalism. To these people, I can only say if you want the floral treatment, roll the dice and go to BestBuy and have one of the GeekSquad tech just tell you it's the logic board...it's always the logic board and it's going to cost you just about what a new computer would cost.... so good luc... read more

The help is hit or miss. It is hard to find if you dont know where you are going and the parking is just okay. You can get a tattoo in the same plaza though, which seems to be a theme here in Austin. Great location, if you can find it.
