Not professional, please look elsewhere I'd asked the manager about paint service/restoration on an older SUV, which had paint damage that was discovered after my return from a deployment. I tried repairing it myself with rattle cans, but later opted for this location, but was surprisingly met with such bias, ridicule, and overall rude customer service that I took the [said manager's] advice and decided on another nearby Maaco location for affordable expert service. My suggestion is that you do the same, military folks!
Poor Quality Assurance Spent $4K to repair my car repaired at MAACO after I was in an accident (front left portion of the car). It took 2 months to repair when it was thought it would take 2 weeks. When complete, I had to bring it back twice for complaints on how they mounted fender shield and under the car molding (zip tied to the car). Car still not running correctly so I had to bring it to Martins off of Ocean Blvd who showed me that they had not squared the frame (off by 2 inches) and the drivers side was one inch lower ... read more
