Stuart is always very polite and does all the extras I ask for as he has time. Even if it wasn’t on the request to begin with. He’s awesome!
This company will do anything to get a penny out of you. No matter how perfect you keep the apartment they will find a reason to charge you for “ severe damages “ takes over a week to get a response. Not helpful at all. Wouldn’t recommend anymore
Where to start… PROS: -Close to everything downtown, without living downtown. -Maintenance staff’s response time is quick, and they are very efficient!! -Staff is friendly! (Thanks, Charee Smith for everything!! You’re an absolute gem with a kind heart!) -Package concierge was convenient.
