I would not recommend living here, especially considering the price. The property is older and it shows. The appliances are extremely outdated, and there are ongoing issues with roaches. The parking lot also seems completely unprepared for snow and ice, making it difficult and unsafe to get around during winter weather. Safety was another major concern for me. I have been here three months already and can't find why people have left such bad comments about the community. People is friendly, maintenance is prompt to solve issues and my apartment was in pristine conditions when it was handed to me. The only thing I have noticed is that, during the night hrs, lights from the hallways are off, making it difficult to get to your apartment, specially if you have low night vision like I do. Other than that, Gym is pretty clean, pools are not crowded and it's a pretty safe place to live.

Steven Johns and Dimitri. We had a few maintenance issues today, including a vibrating dryer and a garbage disposal that wasn’t working, and they took care of everything quickly. They checked the dryer, got approval from their supervisor right away, and had it replaced the same day. They also fixed the garbage disposal and a couple of other small issues without any hassle. My experience at MAA Trinity began positively. During my tour and lease signing, the staff were courteous and attentive. Unfortunately, this deteriorated rapidly after I became a resident. As my tenancy continued, the quality of living and management’s responsiveness declined significantly. My neighbors became increasingly disruptive, with frequent loud and violent disturbances. I lived in MAA Trinity from the end of June 2025 to June 2026. My experience with the property, management staff and fellow residents was extremely poor. While our initial move to MAA Trinity was with excitement, things quickly went down hill. In September, we were witness to two separate violent disputes occurring with our upstairs neighbors.
