I’ve lived here for over a year and I’ve never experienced such a blatant, repeated violation of trust and privacy. Three times now management or maintenance has entered my apartment without any notice. Each time, I was explicitly told they would not enter, because my dog was unsecured and it was not considered an emergency. They ignored that, came in anyway, and didn’t notify me before or after. Wish I Could Give This Place Zero Stars Moving here was easily one of my worst decisions. I left MAA Wade—an actually nice, well-run complex—thinking I’d save a little money. What a joke. This place makes up for the “lower rent” by inventing new fees every month. It’s honestly impressive how many different ways they can find to charge you. My experience here has been absolutely amazing thanks to the incredible team. From the very beginning, everyone has been so kind, welcoming, and genuinely supportive, which has made such a huge difference in my journey. I wouldn’t recommend MAA Trinity to anyone. I had to break my lease and move out only 2 weeks after moving in because the apartment was completely infested with roaches. It was disgusting — you can’t live comfortably in a place crawling with bugs. September 2025 - READ CAREFULLY! My experience at MAA Trinity Apartments has been consistently disappointing in the last 6 months, me and my roommate are counting down to leave as soon as our lease ends in 6 months.
