I walked in to do a self tour, customer service is definitely not the same. They hand you a paper click the QR code do a self tour here you go. I called 6 times to get help with a code no answer. This let me know this is not the place for me
Fui ala piscina con mi familia y el personal se porto racista conmigo fueron muy groseros con mis niños tan caro que esta la renta en estos apartamentos y todavía se portan así mi familia es de 4 y la señora de la oficina dijo que solo podemos ir dos personas por apartamentos eso es algo absurdo no les recomiendo venir a rentar a nuevos inquilinos estoy decepcionada 😞
Please never expect to get any support with noise complaints while living here. My experience - I have been unable to sleep in my own bed for months due to constant noise from neighbors. At first, the office said they could not do anything without POLICE involvement. After the police did respond, still nothing. Multiple calls, office visits and emails that are now going entirely without response.
