I wouldn’t recommend MAA Trinity to anyone. I had to break my lease and move out only 2 weeks after moving in because the apartment was completely infested with roaches. It was disgusting — you can’t live comfortably in a place crawling with bugs. September 2025 - READ CAREFULLY! My experience at MAA Trinity Apartments has been consistently disappointing in the last 6 months, me and my roommate are counting down to leave as soon as our lease ends in 6 months. Huge bug issue here. Pest control spraying does not help. I kill multiple bugs a day or even at the same time. I come home and have to search the apartment first to make sure there aren’t bugs crawling around. Not very pleasant.
My AC wasn’t working (it ended up being low on Freon). I put in a maintenance request last night, and this morning Steven from MAA’s maintenance team had it working again. Great service!
Brian came in to help with a maintenance issue that we noticed when we got back from a trip. He had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. We are very grateful for his help.
