Update: It's been 4 months being a resident, and I'm still super happy. People are friendly, it's quiet (within reason for a city street) and pretty clean, staff is helpful & thoughtful, maintenance requests have been handled very quickly, and the new amenities are great. Toured this property today, and I had such a great experience working with Curtisse. She was patient with all of my questions and showed me all the things I wanted to see. It was a pleasure working with Curtisse! She was incredibly nice, positive, and professional during our apartment showing. Even though we ultimately chose a different apartment, we truly appreciated her helpfulness and positive attitude throughout the process. We highly recommend her!
Pam is super cool and a super genius
Me and my beautiful amazing girlfriend decided to get a place together. I already lived here and already loved the location and complex. The pool is amazing here. Teia called just to check in one day and was able to help us transfer into an amazing 2 bedroom. With a stellar view and floor to ceiling windows!! She worked her magic!! It awesome knowing someone like that works here!! Update. John from maintenance is the man super nice and professional fixed our water heater asap. Best maintenance staff ever
Maintenance- John: John was extremely helpful in getting our dishwasher and garbage disposal repaired. He listened to our concerns, was very professional, and acted fast to make sure we had what we needed. Thanks John for all your help!
