APPLICATION SCAMMERS!! Waited 2 days before my aunt was relocating to Raleigh from Charlotte to tell her the unit the approved her for 2 weeks earlier was "uninhabitable" due to the previous tenants. After she spent over $400 on movers and setting everything up for her to move. When she asked for a refund they refused stating she knew applying was nonrefundable. Ceasar and Jose did a great job! Fast and efficient. We had a ceiling fan go out and they showed up and had it changed in 30 minutes, with no mess or problems. VERY nice guys, and did an excellent job.
