Highly dissatisfied with this company. They recently changed from MA-Rentals to Basora Investment. The better business Bearu will hear about this after the many times I have been discriminated by this business. It’s not surprising I assume because all of the other reviews say they have dealt with this as well! Firstly, They don’t accept checks only money orders and cashiers check? Having never rented before, I never really knew what to expect. I have been renting through MA Rentals for 3 years, unfortunately the owner of the home is selling and we have to move, I cannot say enough great things about Julia, she is the best, Wish she had something for us to move into now but they do not. If anyone is looking to rent, call Julia, she is very helpful and does a great job of managing the property. Wish I could stay with them because they are top notch.
I inquired about two different properties and was informed that I cannot see them unless I want to go to the open house at 3:30 or 4 PM, which is impossible for me since I work until 4:30 PM during the week. Not very convenient for those who work and cannot take time off from work.
I'd give this no stars if possible. I've never seen a business run so unprofessional in my entire life. My husband and I were approved to rent, were asked to pay a total of 4800 BEFORE I even saw the property, in which we did for a deposit. I was told by the receptionist that as soon as she gives me receipts that was a contract and if i decide to back out they were keeping my full 4800.
