Matt went above and beyond to help me out with my situation. He was able to clean my carpet and furniture in a way that no truck mounted equipment could have. His labor and specialized equipment were able to revitalize my 15 yr old carpet despite my efforts to destroy it in the last 2 yrs. I will only call M.A.carpet Care from now on. I paid extra for this first time visitation, but I can?t say enough about how worthwhile it is to get such thorough and complete results. While low moisture cleaning certainly is not the only carpet cleaning method, or even the most effective in some circumstances, I have faith in my method and Im glad Ive found another fan! If you can dramatically improve the health of a carpet, and obviously not do harm to it in process, that is all one can ask for.
