Matt is a hard working man. I watched him to his job and he did not hurry or skip on anything. He was extremely pleasant. but professional also. My carpet looked new. I thought I would have to buy new carpet for my condo, but after Matt finished, It was as though I did buy new carpet. GREAT JOB MATT!!

Matt was amazingly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, & conscientious. We were thrilled with his results. Our carpet looked almost like new which was an amazing accomplishment in view of our many animals. We plan to use him on our next carpet cleaning adventure.

my only problem was he had no pads to put under furniture to prevent staining. We had to fabricate our own; it would seem to be something he would carry.

Homes can have a variety of items like chairs, for instance, which are best to stay off the carpet immediately following completion of the work. I do remember discussing this briefly with you - my apologies for missing this at your home. You have inspired me to make a concerted effort in the future to use more plastic sleeves.
